Commit/Rollback Icon disabled in editor's data grid toolbar

True. Those commit/rollback buttons on the toolbar above the grid only become enabled when a change is made in the grid.

Oops, sorry, I told you wrong. Those buttons are enabled only when “execute queries in thread” are enabled. That’s because in that case the grid has its own session. When that option is not enabled, you can use the commit/rollback buttons on the main toolbar in Toad.

Thank you John, after I enabled “execute queries in thread”, the commit/roolback icons became enabled which was my original setting.
