I open Code Snippets and it is empty. Is there a predefined list of snippets?

There is a file CodeSnippets.json in your user files folder (C:\Users\John\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\15.0\User Files\CodeSnippets.json). It should come preloaded, but if it somehow got emptied, you can re-copy it from the install folder (c:\program files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle 15.0\ClientFiles\User Files).
Do this while Toad is not running
