Good Morning Support Team,
Just thinking out loud. This may be because of the slow hardware I'm using, but TOAD takes several seconds after the croak until it is ready for user input. The delay may be due to logging into [TOAD world](http://www.toadworld.com/) and I don't know what else. Maybe [TOAD world](http://www.toadworld.com/) needs tuning.
It would be nice when TOAD croaked that it was ready for user input. Moving the sound to the end of startup would sound easy, but I know no detail.
