In your Object Explorer (tree view) and you right click a table to get the context menu - you can see toad bringing up 1 context menu, collapsing it and then an entirely different menu pops up. Materially slower than 7.4
(The first menu that you can briefly see shows 'Collapse Detail, Full Detail, Full Collapse')
