Save file UTF8 coding is invalid iUTF8 file

select 1,2,3 from dual;

export output to utf8 file and it is invalid for utf8. I would assume this is true for any utf setting.

the toad output is ascii to start.

This is also true in the production version of Toad.

I now believe it is correct.

One of the characters in the file,was being complained about not the whole set.
