Ok tried what you suggested on the "misc options" tab and they do not
show up now. I would say it is a bug too. Both the tables and indexes
are in the dba_recyclebin or user_recyclebin table so that option should
ignore everything in it right?

Trying to! I’m looking the ‘option to include constraints on the index script’ one now…
