Every try to open SQL Optimizer from Toad it crashes.

Hmmm. I don’t see this. How are you launching? Is SQL Optimizer installed? If so, which version?

From Toad, icon Advanced SQL Optimization.
Then, I get picture, where I press "OK"
And Then I get EurekaLog dialog (as shown).
Is SQL Optimizer installed?
Yes.
I have several versions installed and only one is active:
If so, which version?
9.2.0.4159
Toad 12.10.0.13 has still that error.
Our product versions are the same. I'm sending over some SQL using the refactor options below... hm.
Can you maybe rule out the refactor part and send over without refactoring? Just uncheck all 3 boxes.
Your screenshot shows that our exception handler software (Eurekalog) itself is crashing. Please locate the bug report file as shown in your error message and send it to us.
