SQL optimizer do not start from Taod or command line

Freshly installed Toad_for_SQLServer_2020_Full.exe with demo licence
works fine as long as I do not try to open SQL Optimizer.
SQL optimizer only blinks with startup licence screen and that all.

Sytem is Win10. I do not see any specific messages in event log, Quest.Tech.log and logfiles.
shows only :

Call Stack	Exception in TParaBase function SetKey
Error	Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Welcome back... very strange what you're describing... gotta ask, though.... how much memory on the machine, are you close to maxing out your disk, and how many other applications are hogging up the RAM? (See below for min requirements re RAM and disk, from the release notes).

Were both Toad and SQL Optimizer installed from the same installer?
Also, can you launch SQL Optimizer successfully by itself?

Otherwise, assuming a healthy workstation, might need to take this one to Quest Support.
