Add more information,

I did reverse engineering to extract models from database ( Oracle 11 release 2). I created workspaces (except All items workspace), it is fine to display workspaces. After I clicked on “fill relationships to Workspace”, reopening this workspace causes Toad modeler crash.

Add more, I did convert some models from ERWin, it is fine to display converted relationship. It seems using “fill relationships to Workspace” button causes designer failure. I saw TFormatterXML exception.

Hello there,

This might be caused by the model graphics being corrupted. Please try enabling Expert Mode in Settings Menu | Options | General and then running Test Model/Repair Model by right-clicking your model in the Application View and selecting the option. If there are any model errors, this function should find them and repair them (usually by deleting the problematic objects).
