While using Toad for data analysts (Eros-C editor ) to export files from Excel i got the below error (image attached). This loos like an application-level error, reason why im opening this case with Toad.
I already try to delete and re-install WVD, but keep getting the same error message. Also, tried different excel files and getting the same.

Couple things here to consider.
How much memory/disk does your workstation have, and what Win OS version are you using? Bottom line is that the less resources you have (especially RAM), then the more likely this kind of error will happen. The error message implies strongly that Excel is running out of resources, and not TDA.
More importantly, you're using a VERY old version of what is now called Toad Data Point (at least 12 years old) and is no longer supported by Quest. Highly recommend you get on the latest version of the product, with is Toad Data Point 6.3, as there have been MANY enhancements to the product over the past decade, including enhancements to import/export.
