I just got 13.1 recently and with the way our production Oracle servers boot off logins after a relatively short time, I am constantly getting a popup that asks if I want to search the forums about the error Toad has just gotten, which is session disconnected. No, really, I know the cause of that one and don't need to search the forums 
so is there any way to disable that? Because it's somewhat annoying.
There is no way to disable it, but there is a related idea in the idea pond. You can vote on it if you want. Provide an option to disable the annoying pop-up error window
