This is an enhancement request. When in the Session Browser screen if there are blocking sessions would like to see the blocking sessions highlighted (or in red). I know there is the "Locks" tab. I believe this would be useful addition.
Not a bad idea, and you probably know this, but just in case...
It's not a highlight, and I know you'd rather identify the blocking sessions than the blocked sessions, but you can do this to make the blocked sessions easier to identify:
- right-click in the main area where the sessions are listed
- Click "Visible Columns"
- Check the LockWait column and click OK
- The LockWait column appears in the main sessions display. Drag it over to the left if needed.
Non-nulls indicate a blocked session.
