Can anyone report how Toad runs on a Windows 11 VM (parralels) on Macos m1? Windows 11 would be ARM but it emulates X86 I believe?
Im curious how this would compare vs the Toad Mac version.

Hello,
I am using Toad in a Windows 11 VM (Parallels), but on a M3 MacBook Pro (64GB Ram).
I also tested the Mac version and then decided to continue using the Windows version for three reasons.
It runs really well. I have no performance problems whatsoever.
The Mac version is also an Intel binary, which is executed with the help of Crossover and Rosetta (AFAIK). However, it has been a year since I tested the Mac version and at that time it still had some bugs and the performance was worse than in the Windows VM.
Bugs:
Toad for Oracle for Mac - Auto Save/Load Workspace does not work
Toad for Oracle for Mac - Save dialog
Toad for Oracle for Mac - UI differences
Toad for Oracle for Mac - F3 doesn't work when find window is closed
Toad for Oracle for Mac - F3 doesn't work when find window is closed
Toad for Oracle for Mac - Processing Script animation (solved)
Toad for Oracle for Mac - Options Windows some times disappears
Our current license wouldn't cover the Mac Version.
